How do I become a customer?
For retailers: This shop is exclusively for retailers. To be verified as a retailer, appropriate documentation is required. After verification, you will receive a customer number and access to the shop.
Minimum order value
First order: The minimum order value is 100 EUR. Subsequent orders: Each additional order has a minimum value of 50 EUR. In Germany: Orders under 50 EUR are possible, but a surcharge of 5 EUR will apply.
Catalog shipping
Current information: We do not ship individual catalogs. However, you can add them to your cart during the ordering process. Our online shop always displays the current prices and availabilities.
Price changes
Market fluctuations: Prices may change, especially due to fluctuations in silver. However, the price confirmed at the time of ordering is guaranteed for the delivery, provided the item is available.
Discounts
Saving on purchases: We offer the following discounts on online orders:
- From 100 €: 3% discount
- From 500 €: 6% discount
- From 1000 €: 8% discount
Non-binding retail prices
Logged-in retailers: As a non-logged-in user, you will see non-binding retail prices. After logging in, wholesale prices and special promotions become visible.
Handling complaints
Leniency: Complaints are handled leniently. Please check the jewelry immediately upon receipt. Later warranties are excluded. We do not offer a repair service, but we are happy to help in individual cases.
Payment methods
Payment options: You can pay by prepayment, Paypal, or cash on delivery (fee 8.20 EUR). Known customers have the option of SEPA direct debit. For this, a SEPA direct debit mandate must be completed.
Notes on coatings
Care instructions: Coated jewelry requires careful handling. We cannot guarantee against wear and tear.
Notes on jewelry with stones
Caution: Stones may come loose with improper handling. We cannot guarantee against this.
Political implications of some models
Historical significance: We only offer items that are historically or esoterically significant and distance ourselves from appropriation by right-wing national groups.
