OM / AUM
The Om or Aum is a Sanskrit syllable and is all-embracing. In all Hindu religions it signifies the most sacred mantra. Its sound (A = state of being awake, U = state of dreaming, M = state of peace), which, according to Hindu believe, created the whole universe by its vibrations, represents the transcendental original sound. It symbolizes the triade of Vishnu, Shiva and Brahma. As a mascot it is a symbol of union and of the presence of the supernatural.
