How can I order?
This shop is only for retailers.
 You will have to supply us with proof that tells us you are in the retail business. As soon as you have done this you will be given a customer number with which you can log into our online shop.

Is there a minimum order value?
The minimum order value for the first order is 100EUR and for any further orders 50EUR. 

With orders below 50EUR net value we add a surcharge of 5EUR.

Can prices change?
Yes, there might be price alterations without prior notice, this has to do with the fluctuation of the current market price of certain materials, especially silver. However, we guarantee the price in our online shop for each item as long as we have it on stock. Regarding your submitted order this means that you will receive exactly the shown price for all items available.

Do we send catalogues?
We do not send catalogues individually. They can be added to the shopping cart during the ordering process. Differences between catalogue and online shop are possible, however our online shop always shows the current prices and availability.

Can I get any discounts on my order?
For all online orders via our web shop which reach at least a certain net value we offer the following discounts (unless we have a different agreement with you):
from 100 € 5% discount
from 500 € 8% discount
from 1000 € 10% discount
If you happen to make a really big order you may, of course, ask us for a special deal on this order. Any special discounts we may offer are based on the total amount of your order, as well as the amount of items and the quantity of each item.

Why am I seeing the recommended retail prices?
As long as you are not logged in you will see only recommended retail prices in our shop. As soon as you have logged in with you personal login details you will be shown all the wholesale prices and special offers.

How does ECHT deal with complaints?
Usually, we are quite accommodating with complaints. Please note: every item you receive should be checked upon arrival because we cannot offer any guarantee on goods at a later point. This especially concerns jewellery with stones - mostly zirconia, which is double-checked by us before being shipped.
We generally don't offer any repair service. If you are unsure about any item you are welcome to contact us and we will be happy to help you with your request.

What payment methods do you offer?
Our customers abroad (that is: outside of Germany) are asked to make a prepayment before we ship. You can use a regular bank transfer to do this. In this case you will get another 3% discount because we are aware that you may have to pay fees for the transfer. You can, however, also use PayPal if you so choose. In that case there is no extra discount because PayPal will not charge you any fees. We are not able to offer payment by credit card.

Information about coating
Jewellery with coating generally needs to be handled with care (please avoid contact with water if possible). Coatings can be scratched or the colour may fade after a while, depending on how the jewellery is handled. Therefore, we cannot offer any guarantee on jewellery with coating.

Information about jewellery with stones
With small zirconia stones it only takes a single hit for the stone to fall out of its setting. If handled inappropriately stones that are glued can become loose (e.g. contact with water). We therefore cannot offer any guarantee on items that are damaged in such ways as described.

Aren't some motifs politically charged?
We exclusively offer items that have an authentically historical or esoteric meaning. These meanings are not always unambiguous because they may have been passed down by lore. We emphatically reject the usurpation of some motifs by the (relatively modern) right-wing nationalist movement.

Why can't I find certain items anymore?
Given you have entered the correct article number, the requested item should be displayed. If this does not happen we have probably taken this item from our range. We are not able to predict when an item will be completely sold out and therefore we cannot give any prior notice.
